the Public Relations
Society of America (PRSA),
Public Relations
Student Society of
America (PRSSA) is a
pre-professional
organization that
strives to cultivate
a favorable and
mutually
advantageous
relationship between
students and
professional public
relations
practitioners.
With
270 chapters and
more than 8,500
members at college
campuses across the
country, PRSSA serves
its members by
enhancing their
knowledge of public
relations and
providing access to
professional
development
opportunities. In
addition, the
organization serves the
public relations
profession by
helping to develop
highly qualified,
well-prepared
professionals. The
Lee University
Chapter of PRSSA,
organized in 2001,
has scheduled
meetings throughout
the semester. All
communication majors are
invited to attend.
